My life coaching is founded on my 30+ years of holistic ministry and social work. I have encouraged people of all ages, from all walks of life to negotiate challenges and changes gracefully and mercifully while finding the inner strength to build a joy-filled life.

I am a Master Certified Life Coach, credentialed through the Certified Life Coach Institute, an international program, with International Coaching Federation. accreditation. Trained how to build a refuge from internal and external noise, I provide a quiet place for you to hear your own voice. In this secure space, you examine your thoughts and feelings. You set the agenda. As your companion, I note what lies between where you are and where you want to be, then help
you discern the way around, through, under, or over obstacles.

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the global organization that establishes the training criteria, code of ethics, and core values for coaching. Only schools meeting and maintaining rigorous standards receive ICF credentialing.
ICF defines the gold standard of coaching worldwide.
